Mark began DJ’ing professionally back in 1977 when still in high school, with a family background in electrical contracting and a passionate interest in music; it was inevitable that he would combine the two and start up a mobile disco.

Through the 80s as resident DJ at wine bars and rugby clubs to running a massive roadshow during the rave science of the 90s, Mark has progressed to making DJ’ing his full time occupation.

After over 30 years entertaining, Mark now specialises in weddings; performing at about 70 a year and coordinating many other events and functions for his team of associate DJs in addition to carrying out PA work, and installation work for corporations and local authorities to specify and install AV solutions from small conference facilities to large public presentation areas.

Mark has been a pro-active member of NADJ since its evolution from TVDJA, serving on the NEC through this period of evolution and setting up the Wales Branch. Mark took on the role of marketing and PR officer for 3 years before becoming National Chairman in 2008. Mark lives with his wife Karen and young son Sam in his home town of Brecon in Mid Wales.
